For agents, hosts, dealers, shops, food bloggers and authors

Any page, cut into a 30‑second reel.

Paste the link to a listing, a rental, a car, a product, a recipe or a book. PageToReel writes three hooks, cuts your photos or your own phone footage to the script, times the captions and exports vertical video for TikTok, Reels and Shorts. Prices and specs come straight from the page, so they're always right.

Page + footage

You film it. The page tells us where to cut.

Add the video you shot on your phone: a walkthrough, a walkaround, a cooking clip. PageToReel finds where each part starts, keeps the steadiest few seconds of each, and puts every line of the script over the moment it describes. Here it is with a listing walkthrough.

Each kept moment is the steadiest, best-lit stretch of its room. Swap any of them in the editor.

    How it works

Three steps between a page and a posted reel.

    1

    Paste the page link

We read the page the way a buyer's browser does: photos, price, specs, description and who's selling.

    2

    Pick a hook, adjust anything

You get three openings to choose from, a scene-by-scene script, a voice and a music bed. Change any word before export.

    3

    Export for every app

One render gives you a 1080×1920 file for each platform, with captions burned in and an SRT file for accessibility.

    Photo to motion Pro

No walkthrough? The photos can move.

Turn on Photo motion and each listing photo becomes a 3 to 5 second clip. Dolly pushes slowly into the room. Parallax moves the foreground a little faster than the back wall, so a photo-only reel reads like video.

    FAQ

    Questions people ask first.

    Something else? Write to help@pagetoreel.com.

    Which pages work?

Public pages with photos and details: real estate listings, rental listings, vehicle pages, product pages, recipe posts and book pages. We read the structured data most sites publish for search engines, and fall back to reading the page itself. If a page sits behind a login, upload the photos and type the details instead.

Will the AI change my prices or specs?

No. Prices, mileage, bedrooms, quantities and other facts are copied from the page and shown as fixed overlays. The script is checked against them, and any sentence that contradicts them is rewritten before you see it.

    What footage can I upload?

Video from your phone, in MP4 or MOV, up to 5 minutes: a walkthrough, a walkaround or a cooking clip. One continuous take works, and so do short clips. We find where each part starts, keep the steadiest few seconds, and put the matching line of the script over it.

    Does it add disclaimers?

Yes. Set your line once in the brand kit and it goes on every end card: MLS attribution for listings, a dealer disclosure for vehicles, or anything your business needs.

Can I use my own voice?

Pro and Team plans can create a voice from a 60-second recording. Every plan includes the stock voices.

Is the music cleared for social?

Yes. Tracks come from a library licensed for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts, including posts that advertise something for sale.

Your next post is already on a page. It just needs the link.

    Listings to reel

One listing page. Six scenes. Thirty seconds.

Every scene traces back to something on the listing. This storyboard was cut from 412 Alder Lane without anyone touching it.

    Accuracy

Price, beds and baths, exactly as listed.

The numbers come from the listing's structured data and sit on screen as fixed overlays. The script is written around them and checked against them.

    • Facts are locked, not generatedAny sentence that disagrees with the listing is rewritten before you see the draft.

    FAQ

    Questions agents ask first.

    PageToReel also works with

    Which listing pages work?

Any public listing page with photos and a price. We read the structured data most IDX and brokerage sites publish, and fall back to reading the page itself. If a listing sits behind a login, upload the photos and type the details instead.

Does it add the MLS disclaimer?

Turn on the disclaimer toggle and your brokerage's attribution line is added to the end card. On the Team plan, a broker can set it once for every agent.

    What about fair-housing rules?

Every script goes through a phrase check for language that describes buyers rather than the home. Flagged lines are shown with a suggested rewrite. You approve the final script.

Can I use my walkthrough video?

Yes. Add the walkthrough from your phone, in MP4 or MOV, up to 5 minutes. We find where each room starts, keep the steadiest few seconds, and put the matching line of the script over it.

    Rentals to reel

Hook on the deck, then the rooms guests ask about, then your booking link. Cut from the Cedar Hollow Cabin listing.

    Accuracy

The rate on screen is the rate on the page.

Nightly rate, guests, bedrooms and minimum stay are copied from the listing and placed as fixed overlays. Change the rate on your site and the next render picks it up.

    • Rates and capacity are lockedNightly rate, guests, bedrooms and beds come from the listing, never from the script.
    • Amenity checkEvery amenity the script mentions has to appear on the listing, so nothing in the reel surprises a guest.
    • Minimum stay on the end cardShow the minimum nights and your booking link, or leave them off.
    • Cut from your walkthroughAdd a phone video of the place and each scene uses the matching room.

    FAQ

    Questions hosts ask first.

    PageToReel also works with

    Which rental pages work?

Your own direct-booking site and most listing pages that show photos, a nightly rate and the number of guests. If a page sits behind a login, upload the photos and type the details.

Can the reel show my booking link?

Yes. The end card carries your logo and booking link, and the caption points to the link in your bio on platforms that don't allow links in posts.

What if my rate changes by season?

The rate is read when you render. Choose the lowest nightly rate or a specific date range, and the overlay says which one it is.

Can I use a walkthrough video?

Yes. Add the video from your phone and each scene uses the matching room. It works well for cabins and apartments where the layout sells the stay.

    Vehicles to reel

One vehicle page. Six scenes. Thirty seconds.

Walkaround, interior, the features buyers search for, then your dealership. Cut from a Northgate Motors vehicle page.

    Accuracy

Price and mileage, exactly as posted.

Vehicle pages publish price, mileage, trim and VIN as structured data. PageToReel puts those on screen as fixed overlays and checks the script against them.

    • Price, mileage and trim are lockedThe numbers come from the vehicle page, never from the script.
    • Dealer disclosure on the end cardYour tax, title and fees line, set once for the whole store.
    • Payment claims flaggedA monthly payment in an ad needs APR and term to go with it, so the script leads with the price instead.
    • Built for a whole inventoryBatch vehicle pages and get a reel for each car the day it's listed.

    FAQ

    Questions dealers ask first.

    PageToReel also works with

    Which vehicle pages work?

Most dealer website platforms publish vehicle data on each detail page: price, mileage, trim, VIN and photos. We read that data, and fall back to reading the page itself.

Can it make reels for my whole inventory?

Yes. Pro batches up to 10 vehicle pages at once and Team up to 50. Each car gets its own reel with its own price and mileage.

    Will it quote monthly payments?

No. Payment figures in ads come with disclosure rules, so the script sticks to price, mileage and features. If you add a payment line yourself, it's flagged for review.

Can I use a walkaround video?

Yes. Film the walkaround on your phone and the reel uses the matching moments: the front, the interior, the cargo space.

    FAQ

    Questions store owners ask first.

    PageToReel also works with

    Which product pages work?

Shopify product pages work out of the box, and so do most stores that publish product data for search engines.

What if a claim isn't on my page?

It's removed from the script. Add it to the product page first, and the next render can use it.

    Does it show sale prices?

Yes. When the page has a compare-at price, the end card shows both: the old price struck through and the current one.

Your next ad is already on the product page. It just needs the link.

    FAQ

    Questions food bloggers ask first.

    PageToReel also works with

    Which recipe posts work?

Any post with a recipe card. Most recipe plugins publish ingredients, times and steps as structured data, which is what we read.

    Will it change my recipe?

No. Quantities, times and servings are copied from the card and shown as they are. The voiceover can shorten a step, but it never changes an amount.

Does it send traffic to my blog?

    Which book pages work?

    How does spoiler-safe mode work?

You choose how far into the book the script may go. By default it uses the blurb and the first chapters only.

      Billing questions

      What counts as a reel?

One exported project. Exporting the same project again within 7 days, for example after fixing a typo, doesn't use another reel.

      Do unused reels roll over?

Yes, for one month. On the yearly plan your reels are added monthly and roll over the same way.

What if I run out mid-month?

Buy extra reels from your account page at your plan's per-reel rate, or upgrade. Upgrades are prorated.

Can my company pay for the whole team?

On the Team plan one account is billed for every seat, and each person keeps their own brand kit. Brokerages and dealer groups usually start here.

      How do I cancel?

From Settings, then Billing. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, and your exported reels stay downloadable.
